About Series Two
Series Two introduces a fresh, new approach to Signing Time with a new format including 'learning modules,' plus one new song per volume that ties together all the new signs being taught. Series Two can be used after the first 13 volumes of Signing Time are mastered, or can be purchased separately to supplement ASL vocabulary. Created for ages 1-8, yet fun for all.

This is a great DVD to build your vocabulary and learn signs for more occasions then just birthdays. These signs can be used in a lot of different situations. I also really like the explanation of the different signs for different hats. You really covered everything. Thanks for another great product!

This is a great DVD to build your vocabulary and learn signs. The explanations are awesome - they are geared to help kids understand each sign and gives them a visual marker, or way to remember each sign.
Our 4 and 6 year old friends loved the "Happy Birthday" DVD so much they refused to leave our house unless they could borrow it. :)

This is by far my favorite volume! I love the catchy birthday song. Both of my kids love to learn all the birthday signs and have used them at birthday parties for friends and family.
I love that Rachel teaches different the variations/regional signs for "Happy Birthday".
Another great product! Way to go ST!

Our daughter's 3 year old birthday is approaching and we got this to get her used to the idea of birthday parties. She adores it, and often asks for "LA-DI-DA-DI Signing Time!!"

Based on some of the reviews for the Series 2, I was a little skeptical about purchasing them. But I wanted to learn more, and we loved Series 1 and BST. So I dived in and started buying Series 2.

I feel those reviews for Series 2 were a bit off base, but you can’t please everyone. The songs in this dvd are fabulous with a very catchy Happy Birthday song and others. Really enjoyed this one and loved learning all the new signs. Rachel started this new part “What Time is it?” and it is a nice change of pace with Story Time, Counting Time, ABC Time, Game Time and Move/Groove Time. Some of those are repetitive, but again most kids need that. Another great buy!

The only critique that I have, if I could be so bold, is she doesn’t sign as many words as she did in the other series. Like when she sings a song, before in BST & Series 1 she would sign all through it and now I have noticed that she only signs the words that you learn in the dvd. I feel that is a bit backwards since the kids that are watching this are probably older and would get more out of it, learning more signs verses when they were babies. Since repetition is good, then at least sign the words previously learned from the first series.
