My son loves trains and animals! He continues to beg me to watch this over and over again! My son, who is two, is already singing along with the songs, and remembers them even at the most random moments! This whole series is an amazing learning tool! I've tried to find ones like this for learning Spanish, but nothing compares! I plan on buying the all of them and keeping them forever!
My 19 month old daughter enjoys all of your DVD's but this is one of her favorite videos. Signing Time has taught my child how to speak and she can recognize all the signs she has learned form watching Rachel, Leah and Alex. The zoo song"is also fun to sing with with her and she loves naming the animals she observes on t.v. I think Signing Time has expanded my child's vocabulary and she is speaking very well for her age. Thank you!
We love this video, like the others. This one really seems to have gotten him going with signing more now. Very fun video, highly recommend it.
When my daughter was about 9 months old, we came across signing time on UEN. This was the first episode that we saw, and I actually recorded it to vhs. She LOVED watching signing time, and we wore that tape out. Now she's 3 and we've been missing watching signing time on TV so I thought we should invest in a few dvd's. This was my first choice, and it'll be hard to wait until Christmas to give it to her!
My son Zachary, 21 months old absolutely loves the Zoo Train. Out of all the ST videos, he loves this one the best. He learned to sign all of the animals and sea creatures after watching it a couple of times. Of course he watches this over and over and over again.
This is one of my daughter's favorites. In addition to the Zoo, Rachel covers things you would see at an aquarium too. Parents-- beware... you'll have these songs in your head all day!!!
My 13 month old son loves the ST videos, and is really good at doing all of his signs for different food (cracker, candy, milk, cookie, etc.). He really likes 'The Zoo Train' but I haven't spent much time working with him on the different animals, so I was so surprised the other day when he was looking at a blanket that has different animals on it and pointed to the lion and signed lion. I was so excited that I pointed to the zebra and he signed zebra. He went on to show me the signs for tiger and monkey too! It's amazing to me to see how much he learns just from watching the video, and it's really fun for him to show me that he knows what things are even though he doesn't have the verbal skills yet to say it.
