After finding Signing Time (and loving it!) on Netflix when our daughter was 6 months old, we were excited to see more! During a sale, we purchased this DVD (Baby Signing Time #4) and #3. Our now almost-3-year-old continues to love everything with Rachel and friends! She has a very advanced vocabulary and letter/word recognition. Now that she knows more spoken words, ASL helps her to understand them from a visual dimension, and ASL also helps us to clarify as needed.

We love watching as a family, talking about what we see, and incorporating the concepts into daily life. It's so helpful to give our daughter ways to recognize and express emotions at such a young age! This is one program we want our kiddo to watch! There aren't blank stares or zoning out when she's watching. Our active little girl actually engages with the material through the whole episode, signing, singing, and dancing along! I studied ASL in the past, and this has been an excellent way to brush up while learning alongside my daughter. Since this program teaches ASL instead of baby-only signs, it's relevant for life. My family and I highly recommend it!
